In mediated divorce, you and your spouse are in the driver's seat with a mediator, who guides you both to a fair and impartial resolution. We personally meet with both parties during the Free 30 minute consultation. Typically, in 2 to 3 mediation sessions the parties can resolve their disputes. The neutral mediator tries to facilitate an agreement but doesn't make the decision. The parties stay in control of the decision.
